Billing questions.
Can I switch plans anytime?
Yes — changing plan, or monthly to annual, is immediate. Upgrading charges the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period; downgrading refunds the unused part, and features above the new plan stop right away. Annual to monthly waits for renewal.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards through our payment processor. US, EU, UK, and most international cards.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
There is no timed trial. The Free plan has no expiry — use it as long as you like, then upgrade. Cancel any time; your plan runs to the end of the cycle.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing gets you 2 months free. Move from monthly to annual anytime from this page — the change is prorated. Annual moves back to monthly at renewal: cancel it, then subscribe monthly once it ends.
What happens to my charts if I downgrade to Free?
Nothing is deleted: your charts and data stay, and embeds refresh at your plan's cache rate. Features above your new plan stop. Embeds drop paid engines, annotations, custom CSS and the Auto theme, and a chart whose type needs a paid engine shows a notice instead. A chart that uses an above-plan feature has to drop it before it can be saved again, and you can't create new charts until you're back under the limit or upgrade.
